Hello
My first post on this forum and I'd like to congratulate the people who are putting this together. I know its not finished, but I'm just having fun flying around at the moment. It reminds me of Elite (showing my age) which I used to play for hours on my old Archimedes. I'm looking forward to the developments. See you around. _________________ It's bad luck to be superstitious |

Glad to have you! I must admit, Elite was before my day, but that's alright. _________________ Differentiation is an integral part of calculus. |

I used to play elite II: frontier on my atari but it couldnt quite handle it.
It used to be soo frustiating when my autopilot again crashed into the space station. BOOM
I could never get it to land on planets either.
And fighting pirates was a matter of playing chicken with each other... leaving it till the last moment to disengage the autopilot which I wasnt the best of friends with anyway...
It was good fun though. I imagine on a PC or even Amiga elite II must have been great.
