Well, I didn't finish all the features I wanted to make 0.6.0, but I have made a lot of small but good changes in EH 0.5.11.

So, yeah, read the "changes" file and you'll see what's new.

Things I want to add for 0.6.0: 3D sound, vastly improved preference interface, possibly new mouse movement style, limited scriptability.
