Here it is, with rudimentary mouse control... Event Horizon 0.5.7!
I've actually made several other improvements of varying importance, but that was the biggest. Right now it only supports 1 mouse button, and if for some reason you don't want to use the mouse, I have temporarily changed capslock to disable the mouse movement until I revamp the prefs screen to handle that kind of stuff. I'll also be working on multi-button mice and scroll wheels here shortly
Changes:
• Added space stations
• Added shading to planet and shipyard views, fixed overhead view lighting
• Fixed bug preventing some AI ships (only observed with shuttle) from moving
• Fixed system beep problem in windowed mode
• Added fuel tank mod
• Added mouse flight control
• Caps-lock temporarily reassigned to mouse disabler/enabler _________________ Differentiation is an integral part of calculus. |

Ok, I tried to launch v.5.7 (OS X 10.1 version) and realized that the problems I've been experiencing are at my end, not yours. Event Horizon needs requires a 350mhz G3 at minimum to run. My machine is a only a 300 mhz. <Sigh...>
Maybe someday I'll own a modern computer. |

That's too bad. Still, the program has no idea what your MHz is, I just put that in as a practical guideline. Does is still not run at all? I will be back home on my 10.1 system for Thanksgiving, so if it's not working at all now, hopefully I can get it to work then. _________________ Differentiation is an integral part of calculus. |
