Heh, pretty good. One thing I'd change though, when you bounce, don't just divide one velocity component by 2, cause that doesn't reflect properly.

Aaaaahh!! I'm blind! For some weird reason it flickers between the picture of the spaceship and white, maybe three times a second - very painful. Also, nothing works! I can't move or do anything. I wonder if my browser's Java extension sucks.
